How It Works

The message is sent from Restomia's own WhatsApp line — you never use your own number.
The reply is read and classified as confirmed, rejected or negotiating. If a different price is proposed, it is never auto-confirmed.
The whole conversation is kept on the order — whether the supplier answers on WhatsApp or in their own portal, you see one thread.
