These terms apply to restaurants and suppliers using the Restomia service. By creating an account you accept them.
1. Scope of the service
Restomia is a software service that lets you manage stock, sales, invoices, menu, staff, sourcing and table service in one panel. It is not a POS, accounting or payroll system and does not replace one.
2. Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for actions taken through your account. An account is either a restaurant account or a supplier account; one account cannot hold both roles.
3. Trial and subscription
The 15-day trial is free and requires no credit card. After it, the subscription is ₺2,990 + VAT per month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
4. The marketplace
Product, price, stock and delivery information on the marketplace belongs to the relevant supplier and is their responsibility. Restomia does not guarantee its accuracy and is not a party to the sale; the contract is formed directly between restaurant and supplier. Restomia takes no commission on marketplace orders.
5. Payments
Marketplace invoices and table bills are collected through a licensed payment institution. Card details do not reach Restomia. That institution's fees and rules are governed by its own agreement.
6. AI-assisted features
Features such as invoice reading, suggestions, menu analysis and command interpretation are produced automatically and can be wrong. Their output is informational and is not financial, legal or nutritional advice. Checking it before it reaches your stock, sales or menu is the user's responsibility.
7. Unacceptable use
Using the service for unlawful purposes, attempting to access another user's data, reverse-engineering the system or overloading it by automated means is prohibited. We may suspend accounts in such cases.
8. Service availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but interruptions can occur due to maintenance, infrastructure provider failures or force majeure. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
9. Limitation of liability
Restomia's liability is limited to the subscription fee for the month in which the damage arose. Indirect damages, loss of profit and losses caused by third-party providers fall outside this scope.
10. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms and will notify you by email before significant changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
